Production of cellulolytic enzymes from microorganisms isolated from coconut fiber

چکیده
The worldwide production of microbial enzymes is generally limited by the cost substrate used for cultivation microorganisms. Thinking a low-cost and abundant lignocellulosic substrate, coconut fiber an alternative because it rich in cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, presenting itself as promising raw material enzyme cocktail, which can be second-generation biofuels. objective this work was to produce cellulolytic from microorganisms isolated fiber. In enzyme, kinetic profile enzymatic complex evaluated, analyzing effects moisture content, temperature, pH during solid-state fermentation fiber, using microorganism bagasse itself. Statistica software evaluate parameters. Statistical results indicated that best humidity, conditions were 80%, 30°C 3, respectively, with activities 119.93 U/g CMCase (endoglucanase) 89.32 FPase (total cellulases ) over period 48 h.

Production of Cellulolytic Enzymes
For the conversion of plant biomass into various bioproducts, a significant bottleneck is enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocelluloses to soluble sugars. These sugars are then metabolized through various natural or engineered pathways toward products of interest. The success of projected biorefinery processes depend to a large extent on the economics of hydrolytic enzyme production. Presently, mesop...
متن کاملMilk-clotting Enzymes from Microorganisms.
A total of 230 cultures of fungi and 43 cultures of bacteria, isolated from such sources as soil, butter, and milk, were screened for their milk-clotting activity. The fungi were cultivated on semisolid media, and the bacteria were grown in milk media in shake culture. Phytic acid, added as calcium phytate, was found to stimulate production of the enzyme in most of the bacterial isolates. Prote...

The disposal and treatment of wastes generated in the leather industry has been the focus of several studies around the world. They intend to meet environmental legislation and make the process environmentally and economically viable. The anaerobic digestion process, which occurs in steps that involve acid and methane forming bacteria, can be an alternative since it turns the waste into renewab...
